Free for clients, always. A practice pays once for a listing, or nothing at all. There is no subscription and no charge per enquiry.
An unclaimed listing stays on the site for free. To claim it, choose one of these:

Featured listing
£39.99 paid once
Paid once. No renewal. Non-refundable. Everything in Verified, plus a share of the featured slot.
- Everything in the verified listing
- A labelled Featured slot above the results for your town and services. If more than three firms in a town are Featured, the three slots are shared in turn, changing each day; on other days your listing stays in the ranked list at the place your reviews earn
- A share of the labelled Featured pins on the homepage map, if your town is on the map: up to four of the eight pins, shared in turn each day among Featured listings, so how often yours shows depends on how many there are
- Standard do-follow link to your website from your profile
- Priority claim and support
What paying does not buy
- A higher place in the ranked list. That list is ordered by verified reviews, then distance, for everyone. Featured adds a share of a separate, labelled slot above the list; the list itself is unchanged.
- Reviews. Only verified clients can leave one, and a paid listing cannot hide or edit them.
- Leads. An enquiry goes to the one practice the client chooses and to no other practice. We never sell it.

How listing your practice works
Claiming takes a register check, two codes, our approval and the one-time fee; the claim page sets out each step. A practice that is not on the site yet uses the same form.
Why the fee is paid once
We do not sell enquiries, so there is nothing to bill you for each month. A verified listing costs £19.99 and a featured listing £39.99, each paid once, with no subscription to cancel. The fee is non-refundable, so check the listing is your practice before you pay. A listing stays live while the practice stays on the register. If a practice leaves the register, tell us and we take its listing out of search.
Do I have to pay to be listed?
No. An unclaimed listing stays on the site for free. Claiming lets you add your logo and read enquiries in your dashboard. Editing services, fees and opening hours is not open yet.
Is there a commission or a fee per enquiry?
No. There is no commission on work you win, no per-lead charge and no renewal fee.
What if my practice has moved?
The name and address on your listing come from the ARB register. If the postcode we hold is out of date, email [email protected] with the address now on the register and we will update the listing so you can claim it.
