Listing terms
The terms for practices who claim and pay for a listing. Plain English; they do not affect any rights you have by law.
Who can list
Listings are for ARB-registered practices, bought by someone authorised to act for the business. We verify each claim against the ARB register before it is approved.
Fees
A listing costs Verified listing £19.99 or Featured listing £39.99, paid once by card. There is no renewal, no subscription and no charge per enquiry. Listing fees are business purchases and are non-refundable once paid. What you pay never changes your position in the ranked list.
A new listing created by your claim goes live as soon as payment completes. If your claim is for a listing that is already on the site, you become its owner (able to edit it and receive enquiries) as soon as payment completes; until then your claim stays approved and you can pay at any time. The listing stays live for as long as the practice remains on the ARB register; if the registration lapses it is hidden until the register shows it again, and no further fee is due when it returns.
Disputes
If something is wrong with a payment or your listing, contact us first and we will look into it. If a payment is disputed with your card issuer, we respond to the dispute under these terms and review the listing by hand.
Reviews and ranking
Reviews, replies and removals follow the review policy.
Your content on your listing
When you add text, a logo or photos to your listing, you keep ownership of them. You give Property Architecture Ltd, which runs mylocalarchitects.co.uk, a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show, copy, resize and crop them on mylocalarchitects.co.uk and in its search results, link previews and social-media previews, for as long as your listing is live and for up to 30 days after you remove them while copies clear from caches. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it, and that it is accurate and lawful. We may moderate what you add: we can edit it for length or format, refuse it, or remove it if it breaks these terms or the law, and if you ask we will tell you why. Ask us to remove any of your content by emailing [email protected]; we will remove it within 5 working days.
