Your practice may already be listed. Make it yours.
Claim your profile, add your logo, read enquiries in your dashboard and collect verified reviews. Verified and featured listings are a single one-time payment, never a subscription.
What happens after you claim
After you press Continue, sign in and enter the code we email you. We then check your ARB registration number, practice name and address against the public ARB register and post a second code to the registered address. Enter that code and we approve the claim. Then pay the one-time fee and the listing is yours. If your practice was not on the site before, the new listing goes live once the fee is paid.
What you can change today
Once the listing is yours, you can add your logo and read enquiries in your dashboard. Editing services, fees and opening hours is not open yet. The name, address and registration status always come from the ARB register, whatever you pay.
How reviews work
Before a review is published we email you to confirm the reviewer was your client. You do not see what it says until it is live, and you cannot edit or remove it. You may ask clients for reviews, but not pay for them or offer anything in return. The full rules, including what we remove and why, are in the review policy.
Who can claim a practice's listing?
Someone authorised to manage it, usually a director, partner or the architect who runs the practice. You confirm that when you claim, and the codes go to your email address and to the address on the ARB register.
Can I change the practice name or address on the listing?
No. The name, address and registration status come from the ARB register, so correct them with ARB first. If the practice has moved, email [email protected] with the address now on the register.
What happens if the practice leaves the register?
The listing is taken out of search once we confirm on the ARB register that the practice is no longer registered. Anyone can tell us; we do not yet check the register automatically.
