For practices

Your practice may already be listed. Make it yours.

Claim your profile, add your logo, read enquiries in your dashboard and collect verified reviews. Verified and featured listings are a single one-time payment, never a subscription.

Listing fees, one-time£19.99 one-timeVerified listing, paid once. Featured listing £39.99 one-time. No renewal, no monthly fee. Non-refundable.
You are claiming M F Architecture Ltd. We have filled in its name and town; add the registered address as it appears on the ARB register, and your own ARB registration number, so we can check it.
Step 1 · Verify

Prove you are the practice

We email you a code, then check your claim instantly: Companies House for a new company listing, or your email address against the website of a listing already on the site. Pay the one-time fee and it is yours at once.

How should we check your practice?Only ARB-registered practices are listed as architects. Technologists and drawings practices are listed with their own label.
We email the first code to the address you are signed in with. You will be asked to sign in if you are not.
Step 2 · Choose your listing

Verified or featured

A listing costs £19.99 once (Verified) or £39.99 once (Featured). No renewal. Non-refundable. You pay after we have verified your practice; a new listing goes live as soon as payment completes, and you become the owner of an existing listing as soon as payment completes.

What happens after you claim

After you press Continue, sign in and enter the code we email you. We check the claim there and then: on Companies House the company must be active, its name must match and you must be a current director or member; for a listing already on the site, your email address must be at the website shown on it. If it passes, pay the one-time fee and the listing is yours straight away. If your practice was not on the site before, the new listing goes live the moment the fee is paid. A new ARB or CIAT listing waits for our hand check of the register first, because those registers cannot be checked automatically. We never post a letter.

What you can change today

Once the listing is yours, you can add your logo and read enquiries in your dashboard. Editing services, fees and opening hours is not open yet. The name, address and registration always come from the register we checked, whatever you pay.

How reviews work

Before a review is published we email you to confirm the reviewer was your client. You do not see what it says until it is live, and you cannot edit or remove it. You may ask clients for reviews, but not pay for them or offer anything in return. The full rules, including what we remove and why, are in the review policy.

Who can claim a practice's listing?

Someone authorised to manage it, usually a director, partner or the person who runs the practice. You confirm that when you claim. We email a code to the address you sign in with, then check the claim straight away: a company must be active on Companies House with you as a current director or member, and a listing already on the site needs an email address at its website. Nothing is posted.

Can I change the practice name or address on the listing?

No. The name, address and registration come from the register we checked (ARB, CIAT or Companies House), so correct them there first. If the practice has moved, email [email protected] with the address now on the register.

What happens if the practice leaves the register?

The listing is taken out of search once we confirm on the register that the practice is no longer registered, a member or an active company. Anyone can tell us; we do not yet check any register automatically.

I am an architectural technologist, not an architect. Can I list?

Yes. Choose the CIAT or Companies House route when you claim. Your listing is labelled as an architectural technologist or architectural drawings practice and shows when visitors choose that in search, never under architects: only ARB-registered practices may call themselves architects (Architects Act 1997, section 20). The fees and the ranking rules are the same.
